No system in the body works in isolation, physiological imbalances affect our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Over this weekend our practices will integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine with mindful yoga flow, yin & restorative yoga, breath work and guided relaxation.
Drawing from eastern wisdom and modern science this holistic blend of practices can support our wellbeing both on the mat, and in our daily lives. In traditional Chinese Medicine Spring inspires us to believe in our ability to make positive changes in our lives.
My aim is you leave the retreat with an applied understanding of how these purposeful practices can support the natural renewal processes, regulate the nervous system, rewire the stress response, improve sleep, digestion & immune function and trigger an overall feeling of wellbeing.
