Be Mindful, Breathe, Move

3 full days to take a break from everyday life and focus on your personal wellness.

Over the 3 days we will explore the application of movement, breath work and mindfulness within a yoga practice. These therapeutic practices draw from eastern wisdom and modern science to help us connect to the experience of “felt sense”. My aim is you leave the retreat with an applied understanding of how yoga can support health and wellbeing both on the mat and in our daily lives

Energising morning practices will combine mindful yoga, breath work, MFR and guided relaxation to release stress & tension, create space in joints for improved range of movement, build resilience and support the natural renewal processes. Evening practices will delve into the slower more introspective practices of pranayama, MFR, yin & restorative yoga for nervous system regulation, stress management, improved digestion and to access our dimmer switch to rest & restore.
