Be Mindful, Breathe, Move is the theme for this retreat.
Over the 3 days we will explore the application of movement, breathwork and mindfulness tools within a yoga practice. These therapeutic practices help us connect to the experience of “felt sense” and learn how we can apply specific techniques to actively support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Mindful yoga flow, breathwork, MFR and relaxation are the main tools used in our energising morning practices.
Slower more reflective evening practices blend MFR, yin yoga, breathwork and guided relaxation to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, improve digestion and more The aim: for you to leave the retreat with an applied understanding of how yoga can support health and wellbeing both on the mat and in our daily lives.
